Arrivals by calendar week (Monday to Sunday, UTC — the credit meter's week), newest on top; this week runs Monday to today. Each week followed to active and to paying. Hover a week to follow it through; click a stage, a ribbon or a chip for who is in it.
Humans and their kith, trailing 30 days — same rolling window.
Groups of 3+
Rooms of three or more that anyone posted in — same trailing 30-day window.
Cost of inference per active user
Model spend over the trailing 30 days, divided by that window's actives. Metered per call. Embeddings bill separately.
Cost of infrastructure per active user
The server and the subscriptions, divided by the trailing 30 days' actives. Falls as we grow. Edit the bills on Costs.
Outlook
Assuming signups grow at the same rate and the active share holds; inference scales with the pool and infra does not. Pro revenue comes from the active users who convert, minus those who churn, and counts only what reaches us after Apple's share. We assume Ultra users will also use more so margin stays roughly the same.
Reply speed
Seconds an AI turn takes end to end, every retry and tool round included. Solid: median. Dashed: p90.
By model — which one served the turns, and how fast. A switch shows up here on the day it ships; the line above needs a month to notice.
Knowledge entities
Nodes across all graphs — cumulative, as of each day.
Invited in
Arrived through a link or QR code, cumulative. Dashed: the ones who stayed. Click for who brought them.
Snapshot
Everything on this tab, as one file of the API's answers — for working on the panel locally against real figures: put it at dev/snapshot.json and npm run dev plays it back. Stats only: no traces, and of the directory only names and handles. Real people are still in it; keep it off git and off shared drives.
Funnel, every week
Every calendar week (Monday to Sunday, UTC) since the first signup, newest on top. Hover a week to follow it through; click a stage, a ribbon or a chip for who is in it.
Now asks active and paying as of today — for an old week that is retention, not conversion. Ever asks whether each arrival cleared the active bar at any point since, and whether they ever held a subscription. The gap between the two readings is what retention has done on top of conversion.
Users
Every account. Type to narrow it down — name, handle or email.
Bursts
Several different people reporting one account within a few hours. That is the shape of a brigade rather than of a problem — mark the account durable and it stops being auto-suspendable, while you can still suspend it by hand.
Reports
A report opens a case and blocks the reporter from the reported account. Suspend freezes an account out entirely.
Blocks
Who blocked whom — no case opened, but useful signal.
Requests
A badge says one thing: a person at Haah checked this account and vouches for it. Approving records the METHOD — manual today — so that when identity checks land, a hand-checked badge and an ID-checked one stay tellable apart. A decline needs a reason: it is what the person is told, in their own Kith.
Handle changes on verified accounts
A badge travels with the account, so a verified account can rename to a free-but-misleading handle and borrow our credibility for it. Not blocked — just visible.
Communities
An ecosystem is a community with cohorts under it. A cohort is
a community with a parent and a term — and the term is the badge its people wear.
Bench
Which model should answer for Kith, measured rather than assumed. The clock
and tool use are checked outright — they have right answers. Clarity is
judged pairwise and blind by a model from a different family, so no
candidate marks its own paper.
Costs
Who serves the models
Every model round, by the endpoint that answered it — the vendor question. Faults are rounds that came back unusable: tool markup as text, or token salad. Allowed is who we would route to today.
The fixed floor
The floor, apart from the models. A bill here keeps running at that price until somebody says it stopped — so leave Cancelled empty unless you actually stopped paying. Price went up? Use New price, not Edit.
